01

Understand the starting point.

The concern may involve volume, support, skin or previous treatment. Looking at the whole face helps explain which area needs attention.

THE CONCERN
02

Read the connections.

Tell Dr. Gift and our medical team what has changed and what you want to retain. Examination considers tissue, movement and treatment history.

THE CONNECTION

Choose a considered next step.

Ask what the proposed treatment can change, what it cannot and how the result will be reviewed. Choosing to wait is also an option.

YOUR PERSONAL PLAN

THE MICHIKO APPROACH

The material matters.
So does the plan.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a substance naturally present in the body. HA fillers add volume in selected areas. At MICHIKO, the conversation includes product choice, proportions and whether filler addresses your concern.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Confidence begins
with understanding.

Ask about the product, expected benefit, alternatives and follow-up. Filler carries risks, including rare but serious blood-vessel complications. A qualified clinician should explain these before treatment.

After injection, vision changes, unusual severe pain or pale or dusky skin require urgent medical care.

YOUR CONSULTATION

Your face.
A considered plan.

A consultation connects what you see, how your face moves and what you hope to change. There is time to understand the options before deciding.

YOUR CONSULTATION · 1 / 4

Start with your own words.

Tell us what draws your attention in the mirror, what you like about your face and what you want to keep. Earlier photographs can help explain a change.

How should I prepare for filler?

Bring previous treatment dates, products and photographs if available. Tell the doctor about medicines, supplements, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and any infection or irritation near the area. Ask about the intended product, alternatives, cost and follow-up before consenting.

Some medicines and supplements can affect bruising or bleeding. Do not stop prescribed medicines yourself; any change should be agreed with the prescribing clinician. Ask the clinic about alcohol, exercise and other preparations relevant to your appointment.

What should I do after filler?

Follow your treating doctor’s instructions for skin care, activity, pressure on the area and the timing of other procedures. Mild swelling, tenderness or bruising can happen. Avoid firm massage unless the clinician specifically advises it, and ask how and when to use a cool compress.

Contact the clinic for increasing swelling, persistent pain, redness, warmth or a new lump. Severe unusual pain, pale or dusky skin, or vision changes need immediate medical attention. Keep the urgent contact details and attend the agreed follow-up; an early swollen photograph is not the final result.

THE VISUAL GUIDE

Read the illustrations.

Before considering filler dissolving

This Thai guide introduces assessment before dissolving. The key questions are what material was injected, where it is located and what is causing the problem. Hyaluronidase is used for hyaluronic-acid filler; an unknown or non-HA material needs a different assessment.

Different appearances need different explanations

The original collage illustrates lumps and uneven contours after filler. A visible lump does not establish its cause: product position, swelling, inflammation or another issue may need to be distinguished by the doctor.

MICHIKO’s named whole-face approach

The original campaign artwork introduces Face-Lock Filler. The treatment explanation considers support across connected facial areas; the artwork is not proof that filler can reproduce a surgical lift or guarantee a particular degree of tightening.

BEFORE YOU VISIT

Your questions.
Thoughtfully answered.

How long will HA filler last?

Duration varies with the product, area and individual. Ask for expectations for your proposed treatment and when the doctor recommends reviewing it.

A doctor may consider hyaluronidase for HA filler when appropriate. Dissolving has its own risks and may need more than one session; it is not a promise of complete reversal.

Start with your concern rather than a product name. Your doctor will assess it and explain suitable options, including when an injectable may not be appropriate.

Yes. Bring treatment dates, product details and photographs if available. If something feels too full or uneven, mention it before considering more treatment.

The plan follows your assessment. Ask for the product, proposed amount, total cost and any follow-up charges before agreeing to treatment.

Bruising, swelling and tenderness can occur. Ask your doctor about recovery for your particular plan and leave flexibility around important events.

Bring your questions, medical and allergy history, medicines and supplements, and details of previous procedures. Do not change prescribed medicines without advice from your prescribing clinician.

Yes. You can use the visit to understand your options and take time to decide. Ask our team about consultation arrangements when booking.

No. They show individual experiences. Starting anatomy, treatment history and the agreed plan differ from person to person.
