THE MICHIKO APPROACH
Also known at MICHIKO as Face-Lock, Oriental Filler Lifting takes a whole-face view. Here, the focus is your plan: what you want to change, what you want to keep, and how different areas relate to each other.

ILLUSTRATIVE AREAS · PERSONAL ASSESSMENT COMES FIRST
The concern may involve volume, support, skin or previous treatment. Looking at the whole face helps explain which area needs attention.
THE CONCERNTell Dr. Gift and our medical team what has changed and what you want to retain. Examination considers tissue, movement and treatment history.
THE CONNECTIONAsk what the proposed treatment can change, what it cannot and how the result will be reviewed. Choosing to wait is also an option.
YOUR PERSONAL PLANA CLIENT’S TREATMENT JOURNEY
A small feature change can affect the whole outline. Here, MICHIKO combined the Face-Lock approach with chin refinement, considering support and proportion together. The paired views show a more defined lower-face outline within the client’s own features.

These are starting points for a conversation, not a checklist of areas that need treatment.

Discuss temple contours and how the upper face relates to the cheeks and lower face. Assessment determines whether filler is appropriate.
Explore this care
Look at cheek proportions and the transition beneath the eyes together. A whole-face plan should explain why an area is included or left untreated.

Ask about the product, expected benefit, alternatives and follow-up. Filler carries risks, including rare but serious blood-vessel complications. A qualified clinician should explain these before treatment.
After injection, vision changes, unusual severe pain or pale or dusky skin require urgent medical care.

The concern. The cause. The possibilities.
Oriental Lifting considers facial support and proportions, including the relationship between the temple, cheek and lower face. A treatment plan should explain whether the visible concern relates to support, local volume, skin laxity or movement.
Filler cannot remove excess skin or reproduce every change of a surgical lift. Discuss placement rationale, product, previous filler and the limits of the proposed improvement, with a staged review where appropriate.
Know what comes before and after.

Bring previous treatment dates, products and photographs if available. Tell the doctor about medicines, supplements, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and any infection or irritation near the area. Ask about the intended product, alternatives, cost and follow-up before consenting.
Some medicines and supplements can affect bruising or bleeding. Do not stop prescribed medicines yourself; any change should be agreed with the prescribing clinician. Ask the clinic about alcohol, exercise and other preparations relevant to your appointment.
Follow your treating doctor’s instructions for skin care, activity, pressure on the area and the timing of other procedures. Mild swelling, tenderness or bruising can happen. Avoid firm massage unless the clinician specifically advises it, and ask how and when to use a cool compress.
Contact the clinic for increasing swelling, persistent pain, redness, warmth or a new lump. Severe unusual pain, pale or dusky skin, or vision changes need immediate medical attention. Keep the urgent contact details and attend the agreed follow-up; an early swollen photograph is not the final result.
THE VISUAL GUIDE
The original campaign artwork introduces Face-Lock Filler. The treatment explanation considers support across connected facial areas; the artwork is not proof that filler can reproduce a surgical lift or guarantee a particular degree of tightening.

WHY MICHIKO
Dr. Wisuttiya Boonsom, known as Dr. Gift, leads the MICHIKO medical team. Our approach brings your concerns, previous treatments and priorities into the same conversation.
Bring your story. Ask how the proposed plan relates to your own starting point.
Discuss alternatives, limits and follow-up with the medical team.
YOUR CONSULTATION
A consultation connects what you see, how your face moves and what you hope to change. There is time to understand the options before deciding.
Tell us what draws your attention in the mirror, what you like about your face and what you want to keep. Earlier photographs can help explain a change.

Your doctor considers proportions, expression and previous treatment together. A concern in one area may need a broader conversation.

Discuss the proposed product, purpose, alternatives, cost and limits. You can ask for a staged plan, more time, or choose not to proceed.

Leave with personal aftercare advice, a follow-up plan and a way to contact the clinic. Your questions remain welcome after your visit.

Bring your questions, medical and allergy history, medicines and supplements, and details of previous procedures. Do not change prescribed medicines without advice from your prescribing clinician.
