The brow and upper-face balance.
Brow position can influence how open the upper face appears. The doctor assesses suitability and discusses the achievable degree of lift; ultrasound is not applied over the eye.
THE CONCERNExplore ultherapy prime with a plan built around your concern, your anatomy and your everyday life.

Ultherapy PRIME is a microfocused ultrasound platform with visualization used for selected non-surgical lifting and tightening goals. Imaging helps the clinician assess tissue during planning and treatment. Suitability, expected change and risks still depend on your anatomy and the treatment plan.

ILLUSTRATIVE AREAS · PERSONAL ASSESSMENT COMES FIRST
Brow position can influence how open the upper face appears. The doctor assesses suitability and discusses the achievable degree of lift; ultrasound is not applied over the eye.
THE CONCERNSkin laxity beneath the chin differs from local fat or reduced chin support. Ultrasound tightening may address suitable tissue, while other causes need a different plan.
THE CONNECTIONNeck skin, muscle bands and skin texture can contribute differently. The plan explains what ultrasound can address and which concerns may need another approach.

Real-time imaging, tissue depth and a personalised ultrasound plan.

The concern. The cause. The possibilities.
Ultherapy PRIME uses microfocused ultrasound with real-time visualization. Focused energy creates controlled thermal treatment zones in selected tissue layers, supporting a gradual collagen-remodelling response. The surface appearance alone does not tell the clinician the thickness or position of every layer.
The See–Plan–Treat approach described in MICHIKO’s guide means viewing the tissue, planning the treatment and delivering energy according to that assessment. Visualization is a planning aid; it does not make every patient suitable or eliminate all risks.
The response develops over weeks to months as tissue remodelling occurs. Change is often reviewed over roughly two to three months, but the scale and timing vary. Immediate tightness is not a reliable measure of the final result, and maintenance should follow reassessment.
Little visible change may reflect the original concern, degree of excess skin, tissue volume, device plan or individual response. Ask whether the goal was achievable before assuming that more lines of energy will solve it. Significant laxity may need another approach or a surgical opinion.
Assessment considers skin laxity, tissue volume, previous procedures and medical history. Tell the doctor about implants, active skin problems and medicines. Non-surgical options may be insufficient for substantial excess skin; another approach or no procedure may be appropriate.
The right role for each approach.

PRIME updates the console, display and processing workflow while retaining the ultrasound-with-visualization principle. A larger display and updated processing are intended to support viewing and treatment workflow. Those interface improvements are different from changing the diagnosis or guaranteeing a stronger lift.
SPT is a clinical planning approach; it is not the name of a separate hardware generation. When comparing PRIME with an earlier system, ask which device will be used, how imaging informs your plan and how discomfort will be managed.
The clinic’s guide explains nominal 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 mm transducers. They are options for targeting different tissue levels, not instructions that every face needs all three or that a fixed depth always reaches the same tissue in everyone. Anatomy and treatment area determine selection.
Brow position, the lower face, under-chin laxity and the neck are distinct assessment areas. Décolletage lines may also be discussed. Current device indications and suitability for each area must be confirmed with the clinician. Ultrasound energy should not be treated as a replacement for lost facial volume.
Tell the doctor about implanted electrical devices or metal near the proposed area, previous procedures, medicines, pregnancy and relevant health conditions. Open wounds or active skin problems require assessment before treatment. The device’s current instructions and the specific area guide eligibility.
Ultherapy PRIME aims at selected laxity. Marked excess skin, substantial volume loss or expectations closer to a surgical facelift may need a different plan. An inadequate response is a reason to reassess the tissue and initial goal, not simply repeat more lines.
Know what comes before and after.

Before your visit, share medicines, medical conditions, implanted devices, active skin problems and previous filler, threads or surgery. Ask about suitability, comfort measures, cost and the areas included. Do not stop prescribed medication without advice from its prescriber.
After treatment, follow the clinic’s skin-care and activity advice. Redness, swelling or tenderness can occur; discuss expected symptoms and the review timing before leaving. Persistent or worsening pain, burns, blistering, weakness or an unexpected change should be reported promptly. Use appropriate sun protection and avoid self-prescribing further procedures while the area settles.
Begin with your concerns and treatment history. Your doctor assesses the relevant area, explains suitable options and agrees the plan, price and follow-up with you. Ask which product or device will be used, why it was selected and what the plan includes before giving consent.
Temporary discomfort, redness or swelling may occur. Burns and unwanted tissue or nerve effects are possible with energy treatments. Risks and precautions depend on the device and area. Discuss contraindications and obtain specific aftercare and contact details.
Change and recovery occur on different timelines. Agree when to review the outcome, how photographs will be compared and what would justify another session. The device or product, baseline tissue and individual response influence the result; a fixed duration cannot be guaranteed.

WHY MICHIKO
Dr. Gift and our medical team connect your ultherapy prime concern with your anatomy, previous procedures and priorities. The plan starts with an examination and a conversation about what matters to you.
Understand the proposed product or device, the intended area, alternatives and personal risks. Your review compares the result with your original goal; further treatment is considered after reassessment.
BEFORE YOU VISIT
Visualization allows the clinician to inspect tissue layers rather than relying on surface appearance alone. Ask how those findings change the treatment area and plan. Imaging supports clinical decisions; it does not remove all risks.
No. Focused-ultrasound systems vary in visualization, transducers, settings and authorized indications. Confirm the exact device and why it is proposed for your concern rather than assuming all ultrasound programmes are equivalent.
Tissue response can develop over time. Discuss the expected review window, how photographs will be compared and whether further treatment is appropriate only after reassessment. Immediate appearance is not the complete outcome.

A useful quotation should name the device or method, treatment areas and plan, the total cost and what follow-up is included. Ask MICHIKO for an individual assessment and current quotation; this preview does not publish an unverified price.
Tell the team your travel dates, preferred language and how long you will remain in Bangkok. Ask about assessment, recovery, follow-up and contact after you leave. Confirm language support and whether your schedule allows appropriate aftercare before arranging treatment.
